Note: Some ERP providers may charge for sharing data via integrations.
Any additional costs will depend on your agreement with the provider.
Prerequisite - Retrieve API Token in Xledger
In order to set up integration, you must retrieve the API token. A step by step guide;
- Go to xledger.net and log in to follow the guide
- Navigate to Administration
- Select Tilgangskontroll (System access)
- Select GraphQL
- Click on API Tokens
NB: If GraphQl alternative is not available, you need to activate it. Go to Supportdesk and ask for them to activate the GraphQL functionality
- Click “Generate new token”
- Fill in the desired name, e.g. “Token for Energi.AI”
- Check “Accounts Payable”, “Accounts Receivable”, “Common” and “General Ledger”. This
access is needed for Energi.AI to retrieve data relevant to emissions calculations - Click Generate Token
- Remember to store the key - you will need it later
Step 1: Navigate to ERP Integrations
Navigate to the tab "Integration" from the menu item Data Input.
Step 2 - Add new integration
Select "Add integration" and the integration you would like to add to your client and select PowerOffice
Step 3 - Enter access token
Input the token from Xledger to “Access token” field and click “Verify” in “Access token” field. Select the company you want to integrate with from Xledger in “ERP company” field
You will be sent back to Energi.AI and a pop up will occur, telling you that your integration setup is successful.
Step 4 - Integration is connected
The integration will show in the ERP integration list with status Connected.
